Our most recent photo shoot was styled as a daytime wedding—and you can’t have one of those without serving a big, beautiful brunch. All Occasions Catering pulled out all the stops, taking inspiration from brunch-time staples, Wisconsin signatures, even the caterer’s own cravings.

Mimosas are a must. Also, a brunch wedding in Wisconsin would be unforgivably incomplete without a Bloody Mary bar. Eggs in fun ways, fruit and yogurt, and chicken and waffles bring lively variation and scrumptious balance to the spread. As All Occasions Catering points out, staple breakfast foods haven’t really gone away—they’ve simply been updated to ensure a modern look and flavor.

You eat with your eyes first, so it follows that All Occasions prioritized the presentation. The help-yourself set-up features build-your-own parfaits, a gorgeous rainbow of Bloody Mary garnishes, and a wonderfully sumptuous vibe—a veritable cornucopia of deliciousness.

Sweet Treats

There’s always room for dessert. Sweet Perfections Bake Shoppe was inspired by the baker’s desire to create a new, edgy, and memorable visual for brides and grooms searching for something a little out of the ordinary. For an innovative start, Sweet Perfections whipped up some mini French pastries.

For the cake, the sculptural shards are white chocolate, colored and hand brushed with metallic powders. Inside: Sweet Perfections’ “raspberry sunshine” is a white cake laced with red raspberry puree and lemon whipped custard. These Non-traditional was the aim, and these desserts certainly delivered.
